Martha and Ed's jams, marmalades and chutneys are made in small batches,
using British sugar and fruit from local farmers (apart from oranges and lemons).
Small batches means a high fruit content, with no additives or preservatives.
Based in East Sussex, on the doorstep of the Garden of England, they've discovered
a wide variety of English fruits such as tayberry and Violetta Plum.
Both having a fine art background, Martha and Ed wanted the handmade look
of the jar to be as important as the handmade jam inside.
They believe opening a jar of jam or chutney should be a trip down memory lane.
